El buenismo es malo

Es patética la malversación y distorsión, así como la invención, de términos y conceptos de nuestro vocabulario castellano. La tendencia es ciertamente histórica: ya el nominalismo medieval modificaba palabras, y por supuesto, contenidos, para forzar conceptos y hacerles decir lo que, al menos en un principio y en la comprensión de todos, no era la manera generalizada de entender qué significaba cada palabra, cada expresión. Además, los hispanoparlantes siempre hemos sido adictos a la creación y consagración de neologismos, algo que indudablemente enriquece el rico patrimonio de nuestra lengua, pero que en ocasiones la impregna tambíén de significados interesados ideológicamente.

En los últimos tiempos que vivimos, estamos asistiendo a una auténtica batalla verbal, en la que muchos conceptos se violan y transgreden con la pretensión de reforzar argumentos o ideas que requieren una nueva vestimenta terminológica que sostenga una manera concreta de pensar o ver las cosas. Sin más rodeos: no hace muchos años que hizo su «debut» en tertulias, debates televisivos o radiofónicos, artículos de opinión, y en el lenguaje cotidiano, el neologismo «buenismo», por cierto aun  no recogido y, por tanto, «bautizado» por la Real Academia de la Lengua Española, que ya sabemos: «limpia, fija y da esplendor».

Tengo la impresión de que «buenismo» es un ardid verbal para socavar, reventar, manchar, eliminar incluso, otro concepto castellano, éste sí tan antiguo como nuestra lengua romance, con orígenes legítimos en el antiguo latín, y éste sí, -por supuesto- recogido por el DRAE. Hablo de «bondad», una hermosa palabra cargada de casticismo, lirismo, historia, y por supuesto, «cargada de bondad». Pero la bondad cuesta, supone una visión altruista y humanista de la vida, requiere alteridad, solidaridad, compasión de la sana, «misericordia entrañable», sensibilidad ante el sufrimiento ajeno, y un montón de cosas más. La bondad nos puede dejar en mala posición si no la generamos, la vivimos o la defendemos. Es un llamamiento a nuestra conciencia, que nos remuerde molestamente cuando la descartamos o la ignoramos. Por eso hay que liquidarla con otro concepto «nuevo», otro neologismo desacreditador de quienes la practican. Ya Machado decía que él era «en el buen sentido de la palabra, bueno». Pero tanta bondad, confundida con debilidad, estulticia, mentecatería, transigencia, tolerancia, comprensión, prudencia, respeto a tiempos y personas, procesos arduos de ayuda al otro, etc., es algo «políticamente incorrecto», otra expresión sacralizada sacada de la manga para justificar lo injustificable, y que deja como bebé inocente toda la astucia desplegada por Maquiavelo. ¡Lo estamos superando! Nadie se pregunta si algo es «éticamente incorrecto» o no; la ética, la ética común, la ética «secular» -si queremos- puede ser otro «buenismo» más, disfrazado de una axiología comprometedora y desenmascaradora. Total que «buenismo» puede ser un abrazo que da Francisco a un hombre sin rostro o a un niño tetrapléjico; montar un comedor social para «dar de comer al hambriento»; intentar salvar vidas de refugiados sirios o no sirios que huyen despavoridos de la violencia y la exterminación. «Buenismo» puede ser apostar por la paz y descartar la guerra, toda guerra, cualquier guerra entre seres humanos. «Buenismo» es también el socorrido neologismo que desacredita por inocentón, inviable o poco pragmático, cualquier proyecto humanitario de ayuda a los demás. Por supuesto, también «buenismo» puede ser enarbolar la bandera del ecologismo para preservar la biodiversidad… ¡al fin y al cabo, «el que venga atrás, que arree…!», o, con total ignorancia culpable: «en la tierra siempre ha habido cambios climáticos». La lista de las actitudes y hechos humanos volcados hacia los sufrientes (planeta Tierra incluida) es interminable. Igual que «populismo», éste no tan novedoso, pero escudo protector y desacreditador de muchas palabras y gestos que pueden poner en riesgo mi economía y, sobre todo, la macroeconomía reinante. «Popular» es distinto, sería muy contraproducente arremeter contra «lo popular»… En definitiva, el pueblo siempre sirvió de pretexto y bandera para la legitimación de muchos líderes a quienes el pueblo les importa(ba) un pito. También Francisco es acusado de «populismo» (¿o está dentro de los márgenes de lo estrictamente «popular»?) En cualquier caso es otro modo de acallarlo y desprestigiarlo…. «Buenista, ecologista, populista….» Ufff….

O sea que «el buenismo es malo», así no tenemos que reconocer que «la bondad es buena» y nos quedamos tan panchos. ¿Habrá que invertarse el «malismo» para decir que la maldad, disfrazada de neologismos interesados ideológicamente, ésa sí que es «mala» aunque se disfrace de eufemismos interesados?  Jesús decía: «Sólo Dios es bueno». Pero nosotros sabemos que en este mundo hay mucha gente buena, aunque sean tildados de buenistas, populistas, ecologistas o ingenuos. Como Machado: queremos ser «en el buen sentido de la palabra, buenos».

    Por eso este año de la MISERICORDIA debe ser un año donde los cristianos promulguemos, testimoniemos, la BONDA, LA ACOGIDA, EL PERDON, LA ALEGRÍA DE HACER BIEN A LOS DEMÁS, EL AMOR, LA TERNURA, LA HUMILDAD, LA PACIENCIA, LA PIEDAD, LAS PUERTAS ABIERTAS, AMOR SIN FRONTERAS, SOLIDARIDAD. sólo así tendrá sentido EL DIOS AMOR, EL DIOS PADRE Y MISERICORDIOSO EN QUIEN CREEMOS. Dejemos atrás el «Dios Omnipotente, Todopoderoso que castiga a los malos y premia a los buenos». DIOS SIEMPRE ES MISERICORDIA Y AMOR, SIEMPRE PERDONA, SIEMPRE ES BUENISMO Y BUENO. SEAMOS NOSOTROS TESTIGOS DE ESTE DIOS MANIFESTADO EN CRISTO JESUS QUE TODO LO HIZO BIEN.
